I believe this is the best advice, especially for long term overall health. Plus eat organically as much as possible. I started doing this last March (plus dramatically reduced carbs, especially processed carbs.) Within one week I felt so much better overall. My energy level in a matter of days was dramatically better. I needed to lose weight but this isn't why I started doing this. I did it to feel better and to be healthier. But the weight melted off. I would barely replace the clothes I had grown and would go down another size. I never weighed myself before I started but have always been excellent about knowing my weight within 2 lbs. even without a scale. I've lost 40 lbs and it's been easy to keep it off.
