know the feeling Army Guy, which is one of the reasons i want to get out of the condo. complex. I'am in now in Stuart Fl. Had a flood in my Apartment due to a toilet hose comming loose. As I am rehabing my kitchen and putting the old sawed up kitches in the dumptster. The husband of the condo ass. pres. drives up in his car and with finger wagging in my face says you cant fill up the dumptster. Normally i would try to work out a compromize with him but with the treatening manner he adopted I asked him who died and left you boss? His reply "we" will fix you. Next day i get a call from central management that i have my car parked in the wrong space. Day after that i need a extra key for the back door. Found out from friends that a lot of men resent me ( a single male age 67 that looks 55) being in a place where the average is 75-80 yrs.
Now I'am at the point that i have retained a lawyer just to keep them away from me so i can finish the kitchen and get this place back on the market. Just bought a lot in the village of St. Charles and as soon as i can sell this place in Stuart I'am building and will be out of hear, even if i have to give it away.
