[Marshlanding]

We have an outside 1100 sq ft lanai with spa under a bird cage that had the wrong coatings/paint and sealer on it. John and his team ground off the coatings/paint exposing the concrete base. They removed about 7-5 gal. pails of paint and coatings. They then applied the nicest knockdown coating I have seen on a lanai and finished it with a water-based paint for easy future maintenance. It is totally not slippery; it looks great and almost 1 year later looks brand new. What a nice job. Thanks to John and his team 352-348-2150.
