We had formerly looked at holding a PGA Championship back in the late 70's, but it means giving up your course for 3 months (we only had 1 course back then) and it didn't go anywhere.

They did hold LIV Boston at the club, but that was on the little course. The big course was/is under renovation by Coore-Crenshaw.
