depends
not all CYV have the same floorplan and convenience for grilling. Same with ranches/designers, etc.
We will move our propane tank gas grill down when we retire and live most of the year or all of the year in TV. Right now, we keep a pedestal-style George Foreman electric grill down there (about 24-28 diameter). I think it's left outside on the side patio (Bonita model) most of the winter and while we're there in the spring and fall for our regrettably short visits. We have a grill cover which we hope gets used, but who knows?
After our spring visit, if it's not immediately rented, we clean and move it to the garage. I have no idea if the summer tenants (and we've had quite a few) use it or not. The electric option is great for snowbirds or landlords like us. I personally don't want to deal with propane tanks as a landlord. If we become snowbirds, guess we'll just use up the tank before leaving for the summer so as not to worry about it.
