Agree.
One reason for a cut-through like that is to make it easier for the neighbors in that area to get access to the BV MMP, especially going south. So for some, and for the complaining neighbor, it's a convenience. However, while he likes the convenience for HIS use, he doesn't like others using it.
I have a friend who lives near the cut-through on Yemassee, to the Morse MMP, in Largo. While it's wonderfully convenient for him, it adds to the through traffic of carts, all day long. When I was shopping for my home, I put that on my list of things to avoid.
