Get used to it. Seems like a national trend. Some are putting in self checkouts and staff that area but overall customer service is becoming nonexistent. I do agree that the locally owned franchises like Ace or TrueValue have always been customer centric.

Shopping is mostly going the way of on line shopping. Soon there won’t be many stores around. As it is, you can get more of a variety of colors and styles of things on line and not carried in the store. The stores are becoming more of a sample viewing of things
