I am sure that the facts stated are CURRENTLY correct. However, E-Vehicles are in their infancy and will improve with development - as will battery technology. And it is easier to control pollution from a non-moving central generation plant than the thousands of IC vehicles moving around.
......As far as power generation goes, there is GREAT promise in environmentally friendly electrical generation like from tides, windmills, nuclear power, and etc. Even the burning of TV Land waste as has been previously discussed.
