Our water treatment service advises that house water meter is inoperable and that a call to utility service would get it fixed. Not the case. Our original request for service was cancelled. Not sure why. Been told that we can ask for emergency shut off ahead of scheduled service to our water treatment system but have to wait till April to ask for emergency service to meter? We cant get our water treatment system serviced till water is shut off at main and tech cannot shut off water to main until utility fixes it. Feel like we are running in circles here. Been told that Jacobs is the contractor responsible? Any ideas?
