The beauty of science is it does not depend on faith, it depends on evidence and admits that such evidence should always be open to challenge, reinterpretation, revision and even replacement. So not even scientists worship science. They respect its process and admire its evidence based conclusions.

What science once was and what it had become are two different things. Today it is a cult. You appear to be part of that cult. I support your right to your religious beliefs. They are not mine, and I believe in the end they will lead to your doom, but that is my belief and yet I support your decision and your right. We can live in harmony for the little time we have left until our eternal destiny is decided.
