I brought my 2022 gas cart in today to 1075 Old Camp Rd for an appointment; to change the 2 and half year old battery, and fix mirrors, other loose things and anything else it might need. The manager, listened to my concerns, checked and tightened everything on the spot (literally) ran the cart around and then explained I don’t need a new battery - I need to drive the cart 4 times a week 15 minutes straight as I already have a strong non-Yamaha battery. (Hubby must have changed the original battery when he bought the cart and did everything else to it before he passed suddenly.) I was charged nothing for all the service the manager gave, and he wouldn’t accept a tip. Just wanted you to know I’ve never had kinder or fairer or better service at any dealership.
