We tried Tradition's Cafe last night (10/31) and it was excellent!! My husband had the special, which was Shrimp/Tilapia atop Angel Hair Pasta and smothered in a luscious Lobster Sauce. I had the Meat Lasagna, both were outstanding. You must give it a chance. Spread the word, as this will become one of our favorites and we plan to eat there regularly. At least give it a try, you won't be disappointed. As a side note, we do not know the owners, although met them last night and they are very friendly and accomodating. Our Waitress Jackie, was very helpful and attentive, we have no connection with this great new "Tradition". One of the owners told us to watch for their ad (in the "dining out" section) this week in the Daily Sun as they will have a special in there for a free bottle of wine with dinner, for a party of 4.
