I saw a truck today for a gutter cleaning service, however I do not recall the name, you might try a google maps search. If you happen to have a leaf blower, many of these have long attachments to use them to blow out the gutters. I made my own out of 2 90 degree pieces of down spout and an 8- or 10-foot piece, worked great back up north, I just had to remember to wear a hat.
