Hi TJ Chicago!

We are just a little bit further west of you down I-88 in Sugar Grove, IL. We closed on our TV house via email last year with no problems and no attorney. We are located in the Village of St. Charles. We are in our final year of teaching here in IL and will be retiring in June. Then we will be moving to TV full-time. Can't take any more of this cold IL weather. We will have to get together sometime.
Good luck with your closing. You are going to love TV.
