I understand we all pay an equal amount for services and amenities. Could Michael be upset that we all continue to pay, month after month, but are seeing sad results? Someone should be held accountable for the condition of the golf courses. Michael may not want to pay others for a service they are not providing. Didn't it take a lawsuit to insist Paradise Rec Center's terrible condition be corrected? Our amenity fees are not always spent wisely. Michael may have had enough.
