Then what is needed is a way for the restaurant to respond to ratings or reviews from the customer. Another protection for the restaurant. That is section (5)(b) of the bill.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
