There is nothing wrong with T.Rowe Price. But, they are just not as good as Vanguard and Fidelity. For example, the T.Rowe Price S&P 500 Index fund has an expense ratio of 0.20 percent as compared with 0.04 percent for Vanguard and 0.015 percent for Fidelity. So, in terms of the management cost for basically the same fund, their cost is way higher. Also, the 5-year and 10-year total returns for the T.Rowe Price fund is lower than the returns for the Vanguard and Fidelity index funds. I would suggest comparing other funds and investments offered by T.Rowe Price with similar Vanguard and Fidelity investments. I think you will find that you get more for your money with Vanguard or Fidelity.
