But sure, bring ridiculous fantasy scenarios into the argument... It's a sure sign you've lost the debate...

I was not the FIRST on this thread to bring up life threatening possibilities that could happen when adults act like children and whine when they do not get their way. I agreed with a post and added a REAL NEWS STORY of two who acted like children on the golf course and had to go to court. Unnecessary injuries have happened on the golf courses that were caused by a few who took their game far too seriously. It is a game. Win, lose, or draw, you should ALWAYS keep control of your emotions and make adjustments when necessary.
The world stops for you EVERYTIME you tee off? I think you just explained why the golf courses are in bad shape. Too many golfers expecting the workers to stop what they are doing so they can play their game. Even pros in various sports stop a game if there is a sign of danger. Those who cannot should be banned from playing.
I am proud that I play with groups who believe someone's life is more important than the game. They NEVER ask anyone to stop their work or expect a worker to keep track of what adults are doing around them. They do not believe a worker should patiently stop and wait each time someone needs to hit a golf ball. Reporting them for trying to complete their work is ridiculous. It is so much easier for the golfers to avoid the work area and adjust their game. Everyone remains safe and the needed work gets completed.
