Every aspect regarding the gates are a waste of money to the tune of well over a million dollars a year.
The gates were not created to permit a safe thoroughfare for golf carts.
That's what the Morse family would like you to believe.
They were created as part of the mental "eye candy" for buyers and it has worked!
