As for the first part, I was responding to an assertion made in a previous post. The assertion was wrong and therefore does not support the conclusions that followed.

Reports of both the rec center employees and community watch affirming that the dumpsters can be used for the purposes described in this thread are good enough for me.

Oh ok....so now you’re good with ‘reports’ of employees saying wtf...have at it. I remember when links to actual policies were your go to on here.
