Ours was done as part of our lanai enclosure project, the area was around 13 by 31 and the cost was around $600 for R38 blown in insulation, I think Munns did it. This was actually contracted through FullView, I just happened to see the cost when I signed on the work being completed. You might also try installing some shades to block the sun, I would tend to have these on the outside, but that has potential problems, so I would then go for very light colored shades on the inside.
