To be honest, the courses south of 44 are all in much better shape than 9/10 of the courses North of 466A right now. I've been playing a lot of both in the past month and I'm not a fan of putting on some of the greens half covered in sand North of 466A. I would recommend sticking to the courses south of 44 until they sort all that out.
