Agree. We've been here for four years, playing regularly, and I've broken par only once; a 26 on Chula Vista. I think I still have the scorecard someplace.
Usually...low to mid-30's. higher on the level 3s and 4s. And I do win the ice cream hole about 60% of the time (my wife and I: one hole per round is chosen at random, and whoever gets closest to the hole on their tee shot wins ice cream a Kilwin's).
