So, after replacing the roof, most likely because the insurance rate was going to be out of reach because their roof was half way through it's projected lifespan, the insurance rate went up anyway! That's it! Florida is off the retirment list! I'll come to visit and let the landlord pay the thieves at the insurance companies. It's a crying shame these insurance companies aren't put in their place and the scammer roofing contractors aren't held accountable for false claims which start the whole problem.
