What if the dog can't wait? I have a dog that when he reaches any kind of "green grass" he pees. My question is...is it a NO NO for my dog to pee on someone else's lawn? What if he's past my lawn and then decides to piddle on someone else's? Shall I give him a lecture? That is SO hard to control. It's a DOG, for pete's sake.
