We thought we'd like being snowflakes but anytime I'm at home I'm just looking forward to coming back here. Balancing 2 homes isn't what I thought it would be, I think we will go back to having a home base for most of the year and spend the ugly season somewhere else. I'd rather rent a house for a couple of months up north than the other way around (I'm looking forward to a few months in Montana, Idaho, Maine etc. during the hot months - talk about a social wasteland  that's going to make Lake Denham look like Michigan Ave). |
I would prefer Idaho and Montana to northern Maine because Maine is flat with lots of mosquitoes.
