Default Rental Advice for Homeowner Liability
I am considering renting my home in TV and seeking advice on liability protection just in case an unforeseen event occurs and the renter decides to sue. If the deed is in my name then all my personal assets are at risk, if the deed is in an LLC then only the home is at risk. Is it wise to place the deed in the LLC rather than my name or am I overthinking this?
