Yeah it seems high. There are 2 resale designer homes listed in Lake Denham in the 800s. I’m interested to see what they go for. Of course I’m biased as my home is also in Lake Denham. The prices seem high considering we live in a desert. I mean it’s pricey if you have to charter a plane to get to a Publix or a town square.
