The Bridgeport model that sold in Lake Denham has a semi private pond (shared with 2 neighbors) on a preserve lot. Some will pay top dollar for that kind of privacy. Stunning! The finishings inside were done extremely well. I wouldn't be surprised if the buyer places it back on the market with a million dollar+ price tag in a short amount of time. That is a rare home.
