Mickel Terrace. Nice but I was surprised at the price. The lot has a pond and preserve view. But the walking trail is also on that view. The space for a pool is on the side. It’s a nice lot. It is pending as the original owner hasn’t had it a year yet. Won’t close until the year is up. But this is making at least $200K profit I believe. Go figure.

The 2 I mentioned are MLS listings. One on 1725 Van beck and the other on 6857 Baysinger. Just searched and Baysinger is FSBO for 799 now.
