We have lived in The Villages for close to 20 years and have made many home improvements to our home during that time. We have never been more pleased than with completion of our recent glass enclosure done by ALL SEASON ROOMS in Summerfield, Fl.
Owner Chip Vandall was the only contractor we contacted who “listened” to what we envisioned. He did not use the cookie cutter approach as to what could (or couldn’t) be done, as seemed to be the norm with the other contractors we talked with. He listened, explained the difference in sunroom categories and permit requirements, offered helpful concepts and ideas, and made no pressure to close a sale. A few days later, he provided a fully detailed and inclusive drawing, along with a very competitive quote. The window and doors he installs exceed industry standards, and his timing promise for job completion was shorter than the other three bidders.
ALL SEASON ROOMS maintain their own in-house crew of construction professionals and metal workers and installers, who work well together and proved to be artisans in what they do. Their subs for HVAC, electricals, concrete and painting were top notch as well. Project Coordinator Matt managed the project day-to-day, and Chip visited the job site often to monitor progress to plan. Daily job site clean up was impeccable and all persons involved with with the project were gentlemanly and pleasant to work with. These guys really seem to have it together.
