They did the roof on my patio villa 11/2018 for $5400 (100% out of pocket).
I know they would be a lot more now, but they gave a good price then, and their work was excellent.
Several of my friends used them, and also were happy they did.
Some other patio villa owners at that time had paid 8-10K.
Best to research and get several quotes!
