Before you do anything, try DAWN dish soap and a scrub brush and if necessary a power washer. If you are lucky, the stain will be gone.

No idea of anyone that will touch up a driveway UNLESS they did the original coating. With any luck, someone will know a person that does this, but there are possible problems: you may not know or be able to identify the original coating and therefore the touch up may actually do more damage, also matching the color may be difficult. Ours was done with a Xylene based concrete stain, looks like paint but lasts much longer.
