The last time I had it the doctor recommended heavy doses of Tylenol. I don't know that it helped much. Tried various exercises, stretches, and heat packs but not sure that helped either. After about five weeks (hard to remember exactly) it gradually got better.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
Confirmation bias is real; I can find any number of articles that say so.
