While working on the house for the month of may, prepping to move down in 12 -18 months, tophcfa took us through some back alleys of the northern section, very nice houses, but back alleys, ie where the heck are we ??? . .
its about daily familiarity and then dropping the GPS and learning the routes from memory. .
as far as dementia test goes, I can remember pictures / images very well, words, not so much. .
