If you are in these newer Village homes, you may already have the required home surge protection BUT there are better options available to you!

The Villages has specified for new construction homes in which were permitted after late December/early January were required to follow the 2020 NEC Code Cycle requiring electrical trades to install "some form" of surge protection.
