If you know how to grip a club and the basics of a swing, show her that. Get a 7 or an 8 iron and make sure it’s the right size. Take her to the range a LOT. just have her hit balls. She’ll figure out how to make it go forward and get airborne. After she’s hit lots of
balls and doing roughly the same thing every time THEN take her to a pro. This was the advice &
Harvey Penik gave his new son in law who wanted to learn. Until she is doing basically the same thing every time lessons wouldn’t be as effective and probably frustrating. Have her watch other ppl at the range too. You can learn a lot that way.
