Good morning onfire, Appreciate your insight on the type 1 and 2. The BRPsurge breaker surge, although not as strong or can withstand a surge like the higher options such as the CHSPT2ULTRA, is still consiered a "type 2" because of its installation application. This was a typo on my part.
I have updated the form attached removing the level 1 or 2 contrast, as they are both considered type 2. Most homeowners who call in ask, if they should or even need ot have a device installed such as the CHSPT2ULTRA if they already have the power company's device on the meter and my answer is always yes. I think it is very important to know what your home already has for protection, inside and out, along with what options are available. Appreciate your comment and correction
