Default Patio Villa Roof Insurance At 12 Years?
I am thinking about buying a patio villa with a 12-year-old roof. I have not contacted any insurance companies yet to determine if the age of the roof will be an issue. Could any current homeowner tell me, based on their own experience, if they have run into issues getting insurance on a house with a 12-year-old roof?
