I know just enough on this to be dangerous, so I have to ask what the problem is, a cracked tile, a leak, something else? If there is damage to the bladder (aka a leak) this is much more involved IMHO as the entire floor may need to be removed so a new bladder can be installed. If just something minor, then you may get lucky with just having the tile replaced, however whomever does this must be very careful to not damage the bladder.
I am hoping someone has a suitable tile person, my stepson does this work, but he signed a non-compete clause where he now works, and cannot do this on the side any longer.
