I see and hear that name often also, but on what factual basis do you (or others) put them above other choices in the area. What makes them stand out ? It's very confusing because in most areas, people can give you a recommendation for a mechanic, or an appliance repair person, and tell you exactly what makes them stand out, what their skills are and what techniques they use, but when it comes to roofers, all we've been able to get from people is just _____ is excellent.
