What is most important is the AMOUNT OF BUYERS. There could be a mere 10 homes listed in the Villages. If there is only one buyer, the other nine will have to take their homes off the market. Or reduce the price of their homes hoping to attract more buyers. Currently, this is what is happening in the Villages. There is NOT ENOUGH BUYERS to purchase ALL of the homes on the market.
Rising inventory is caused by a LACK OF BUYERS. Plain and simple. A person who understands this concept can absolutely snag a home at a large discount.
