Grab a quartz crystal, sit on a bean bag chair, and meditate for a few hours. It'll accomplish just about the same thing and will be much less expensive.

The best joint in my body is my right knee, that was replaced some years ago.
Surgery is not always wanted, but knees and hips are so much better after having it.

Just what I figured, and my replaced right knee is also the best joint in my body. The ironic thing is that I took up lap swimming to remain active and stay in shape because of bone on bone knees and hips (dam mogul skiing). Now, after swimming about 400 miles per year for several years, I have developed bone spurs in my shoulders from the repetitive motion of swimming. This getting old thing really sucks, it’s a losing battle.
