I know of 55+ who moved there to be within walking distance of Grands.

Biggest difference as you probably know is no access to the Lifestyle amenities but they are family focused.

Neighborhood social life is mostly through the children so a 55+ with no family there may feel a little isolated.

Walking distance to Middleton Downtown will be a big plus once it goes on over the next 5+ years.

It's mandatory parents be involved with the schools and you can see it in the children. The groups of young people at from the encounter have always been polite and respectful.

Sales and Rental properties seem to be doing well there.
