Agreed. People have right to smoke, but I have a right not to. Smokers should not be allowed to walk around and through crowds or general public and smoke. I do not want to share their cigarette. They breath it in through a filter, I have to get a whiff of it not filtered. Then there is the butts all over the sidewalks, golf courses, and every where else they feel it is ok to discard their butt where ever they are. Poor employees of places that allow it. Rude and inconsiderate.
