[People have right to smoke, but I have a right not to. Smokers should not be allowed to walk around and through crowds or general public and smoke.
Rude and inconsiderate.[/QUOTE]

So where does your right end and smokers rights begin?
You're basically implying they can only smoke in their homes/private places. Their argument can be that you also can stay in your home/private places if you don't like it.
No one gets more 2nd hand smoke than smokers do.
Your title mentions "Tolerate". Our Nation was built on cotton and tobacco and our greatest strength was our diversity and tolerance. Today, there is little tolerance, people want to ban anything they don't like and the difinition of diversity (people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds ) has been twisted to include sexuality.
There is no "tolerance" left in our country- and that's simply shameful.
