We ran out of our personal stash of Theraflu and Sudafed, and attempted to get some in the ship's Medical office, but they could only offer us some off-brand Dollar-store cough medicine for $30 as they had ran out of all the prescription strength medicine due to rampant sickness on board. Since we had the alcohol package, we drank a lot of hot tea with honey mixed with shots of brandy or whiskey, and that quieted the cough a bit. When we got home (still sick) we tested positive for Covid. It has taken us about 5 weeks to get back to feeling good, and occasionally there's still a loogie waiting to be coughed up.

I don't see what the Asian comment has to do with getting sick on a boat. Relevant how?
