I would suggest that you start over and reinstall the apps as needed. If there is data that you need to keep, copy it to the cloud. I have an HP desktop with Windows 11, an i7 processor, 16gb of RAM, a 1tb hard drive, a 500gb hard drive, and a 32 inch ips screen. I bought it from HP about 2 years ago for about $2,000.
