It’s about timing we either go super early or late, never waiting more than 20 minutes, lines go fast, or you are booted out if you can’t make up your mind. Plus if it’s a really hard rain in the summer wait is less. We usually go to Arts for brunch, then in line at Gideon’s, we have soft cooler we put all our cookies, and one cake, and drink a cold brew while we shop around the springs. Since it’s two of us we can get 1 dozen cookies. They freeze very well, and it’s my go to for small dinner parties, or when fam visits
