I used the "MOVE" option with Directv and had an installation appointment for the day after the closing. New equipment (DVR), new dish and no contractual obligation. You may want to consider asking for the HD Dish. It'll hold the signal better in nasty weather because it's oval and a little larger. Although we don't have HD TVs, we needed that dish so that they didn't have to run two lines for the DVR. I'm just repeating what the installer told me. I'm not nearly bright enough to figure that one out. We love the setup and can't say enough about the DVR.
